He was predeceased by: his parents, Tolman Mills and Naomi Mills (Martin); his brother Wayne Mills; and his father-in-law John Lawson. He is survived by: his former wife Katherine S. Lawson; his wife Kathy of Plymouth; his children, Holly K. Cessna of Pittsburgh, PA and John L. Mills (Princessa) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Haley, John S., Tolman, Collin, Seth Mills, Riley and Ian Cessna; his siblings, Janice Price of Hillsboro, OH, Tolman Mills Jr. of Hillsboro, OH, Larry Mills of Hillsboro, OH and Dwight "Ike" Mills (Melissa) of Bainbridge, OH; and his mother-in-law Maxine Lawson of Plymouth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
