He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell W. Yoder and Myrtle M. Hartman Yoder (Patricia); his daughter Jill Carpenter; and his granddaughter Madelyn Eads (Sharon Stine Yoder). He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Davidson (Chris) of Plymouth, Pam Eads of Indianapolis and Jennifer Bell of Warsaw; his son-in-law Jack Carpenter of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Griffyn Carpenter, Kennedy Bell, Wiley Bell of Warsaw, Quentyn Carpenter, Christin Davidson, Caroline Eads, Jake Eads of Indianapolis, Braydon Davidson of Plymouth and Braxdon Davidson of Elkhart; his former wife Rita Rovenstine Thayer of Argos; and his siblings, Steve Yoder (Marcia) of Sarasota, FL, Jim Yoder (Betty) of Bremen, Phil Yoder, Nickie Weidner (Dennis) of Plymouth and Kristy Spaid (Louis) of Wheatland, WY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
