He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur V. Skinner and Eva Skinner (Mitchell). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn S. Ousnamer of Plymouth; his children, Michael Yates (Cindy) of Mishawaka, Mark Miller (Christina) of Plymouth, Melinda Daugherty (J. C.) of Plymouth and Matthew Miller (Kelly) of Plymouth; and his sister Louise. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
