He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence, Rita Faulstich and William Watkins; and his father-in-law Jim Anderson. He is survived by: his parents, Mark C. Faulstich and Joyce L. Faulstich; his wife Michele Suzanne Anderson; his sons, Andrew Joseph of Plymouth and Jacob Elliot of Plymouth; his brothers, Jason Faulstich (Angela) of Plymouth, Mark Faulstich (Kara) of Colorado Springs, CO and Jeffrey Faulstich (Valerie Lake) of LaOtto, IN; his grandmother Stephina Watkins of Winamac, IN; his mother-in-law Dian Anderson of Berea, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Anderson of Lexington, KY, Collin Anderson (Lauren Meltzer) of Ferndale, MI and Jill Anderson (Jonathan Wires) of Antioch, TN. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
