He is survived by: his mother Lisa Mayer; his siblings, Taylor Horvath (Ian) of Plymouth, Destiny Murray of Plymouth and Seth Garrison of Plymouth, Maternal; his grandparents, Karen Mayer, Roger Mayer (Brandi), Ricki and Joe Garrison of Plymouth; his uncle Joe Mayer (Ashley) of South Bend; his aunts, Jocelyn Mayer of California and Jacki of Plymouth; and his nephew John Horvath.
