She was predeceased by: her parents, Blackburn "Burns" Howard and Martha Howard (Salyer); her husband Wally; and her siblings, Bertha Elliot, Reva Bailey, Hazel Bailey, Ruthene Wireman, James Howard, Harris Howard, Woodford Howard and Roy Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
