He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Schlegel and Georgia Schlegel. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Stewart; his daughters, Dawn Cortina of Crown Point, Shelia Mejia of Bremen and Brandy Whitaker (Rocky) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Candace, Tony Jr. Kristie, Justin (Thin) and Abri; his great grandchildren, Vayda, Isla, Everly, Atlas, Nadi, Yadi, Madelyn, Carter and Leon; his close friend Rodney Jacobs; and his pets, Yogi, Teddy, Coco, Mojo, Marlo and Gizmo.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family toward final funeral expenses.
