He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rowe and Minnie Belle Rowe (Emmons); his brothers, Bud, Jack and Richard Rowe; his son-in-law James Phillips; and his granddaughter Andrea Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Patty O'Dell; his daughters, Rebecca Rowe of Plymouth and Sharon Phillips of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, Rodney Rowe (Kristin) of Vonore, Steven Rowe (Cindy) of Navarre, Tracy Rowe of Barberton, Ohio., Jaime Bradley (Luke), Jaci McIntire (Seth), Jamie Phillips, Ginger Hurt (Blaine), Justin Phillips (Katie), Joshua Phillips (Dani Gentile), Rachel Watts (Robert), Eric Rowe, Charlene Miller (Grayson), Daniel Rowe (Nicole), Erica Davis (Nick) and Scott Rowe (April). He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
