He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle G. Ramsbey and Irene J. Ramsbey (Stickley); his brother Richard M. Ramsbey (Phyllis); his daughter Barbara A. Ihnen; and his grandson Kyle D. Ihnen.
He is survived by: his wife Lynette of North Manchester; his children, Diane L. Quance of Warsaw, IN, Dawn M. Helm (Scott) of Elkhart, IN, Mark T. Ramsbey (Mai) of Sunnyvale, CA and Paul D. Ramsbey (Rayelene) of Pipestone, MN; and his brother Thomas W. Ramsbey (Theil) of Smithfield, RI.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
