He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Underwood and Betty Underwood (Gheen); and his siblings, Tyrell Underwood and Ken Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Davis; his children, Kris Underwood, Matthew Underwood, Alex Underwood (Mary), Michael Davis (Luana), Daniel Davis (Sheila), Ronald Davis (Judy), Richard Davis (Paula) and Tammy Cadwell (Gale); his grandchildren, Catalina, Cate, Brandon, Jacob (Hannah), Sara (Ben), Bobby, Lauren, Nicole, Veronica (Johnny) and Jack; and his sister Cheryl Sopko (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
