He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Omer and Burl Irene Flagg (Sarber); and his parents-in-law, Forest "Frosty" and Mary Millea McKee. He is survived by: his wife Margaret McKee; his son Quentin Jacob Flagg (Sara); his sister Cindy Irene Flagg; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Lawson (Geoff) and Patricia McKee. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and thirteen great nieces and nephews.
