He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard C. Cook and Berenice Cook (Frasa); and his wife Joanne Anderson. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Gough (John) of Plymouth, Gloria Lorenz (Bob) of Knox and Nancy King (Will) of Plymouth; his grandson John B. Gough II (Jamie) of Knox; and his daughters, Emma and Grace Lorenz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
