He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Schilling and Diane Soder; his stepfather Larry Morehouse; and his sister Carrie Thompson. He is survived by: his partner Shelby Bettress; his children, Megan Hodges (Paul), Rebecca Schilling and Cody Schilling; his grandchildren, Amelia Gillespie, Abigail Gillespie and Tucker Hodges; and his brother Dave Schilling.
