He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Young and Blanche Young (Fordyce). He is survived by: his grandchild Reba; his pet Ruby; his wife Sharon of Plymouth; his children, Jeffrey Hooton of South Bend, Scott Hooton (Patty) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Matthew Young (Stacy Menzie) of Nappanee, Ryan Young of Elkhart and Michelle Jackson (Billie) of Ft. Wayne; and his sister-in-law Sally Young (late Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
