He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mason Record; his children, Mark Record (Shelly) of Plymouth, Matt Record (Andrea) of Noblesville, IN, Evan Record (Kasey) of Plymouth and Amy Record of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Lucas, Madelyn, Oliver, William, Micah and Emmelynn; his brother-in-law Terry Mason (Nancy Martin) of Frankfort, IN; and his niece Michelle Mason Berg of Palm City, FL..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in his memory be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County, 314 E. Jeﬀerson St, Plymouth IN 46563, or the Marshall County Humane Society, PO Box 22, Plymouth IN 46563.
