He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Smith and Ray Smith; his wife Tina Smith; his children, Jon Smith (Blake Smith), Mariah Smith and Taylor Smith; his granddaughter Jasmine Thiry; his sister Cindy Smith; his half-sisters, Jamie Newkirk and Melanie Simmons; his niece Andrea Robinson; and his nephew Bradey Smith.
