He is survived by: his parents, Andrew White and Mona White (Whitt); the mother of his children Amber Cook of Lakeville; his children, Carli, Cody and Cain; his sister Krystal White; his brother Joshua White (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Kendra, Kayla and Kolin of North Liberty; his brother Nathan White (Brianna); his nieces and nephews, Anna, Arabella and Alora of Grovertown; and also Kyson of Plymouth.
