With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Folk (Plymouth, Indiana), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on April 2, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jones and Florence Jones; and her siblings, Bonnie Jones and William Jones. She is survived by: her husband Ken Folk; her daughters, Carmen Piraccini (Dino) of Granger and Kelly Arce of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Andrew, Charlie, Ben Arce, Regan and Brennan Cast; and her stepgrandsons, Brandon, Nate and Dominic Piraccini.
