He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Clough and Ruby J. Clough (Hisey); and his brother-in-law Jim Howard. He is survived by: his wife Cathy J. Shoemaker; his daughter Shawn E. Humphrey; his grandchildren, Benjamin R. Rago and Michelle M. Rago; his sister Susan Howard; his siblings-in-law, Michael Shoemaker and Karen Woodruff (Billy); and his nieces and nephews, Charlie Howard, Woody Woodruff, Anne Howard, Kate Arnold and Kaleena Woodruff.
