It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie L. Bulger of Plymouth, Indiana, born in Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ritter and Margaret Ritter; her husband Theodore Bulger; her daughter Candy Bulger; her grandsons, Ryan McCan and Joseph Muller; her brother James Ritter (Katie); and her brother-in-law Tom Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy, Tim Bulger (Renee), Cherry Bulger, Cammy Jones (Randy), Connie Peace and Chirsty Ramsey (Gary White); and her siblings, Shirley Lyons, Larry Ritter (Betsy) and Janice Norris. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
