She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene and William; her husband Thaddeus "Ted" Karwatka; and her brother Lawrence "Larry" O'Meara. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Kemper (Rod) of Longmont, CO and Susan Asel (Leonard) of South Bend, IN; and her grandchildren, Lauren Fry (Robert Mims), Thaddeus Asel (Katherine) and Matthew Asel. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
