She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, George, Myrtle Petz, Arleigh and Eunice Robinson. She is survived by: her parents, Andy Petz and Amy Petz (Hartley); her siblings, Ariana, Lillian, Ethan, Ioan and Katie; her grandparents, Michael, Amy Petz, Jeff and Janice Hartley; and her great-grandparents, Don, Donna Carpenter, Russ and Joyce Hartley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Cure Starts Now, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for pediatric brain cancer, a cause close to Sophie's heart.
