She was predeceased by: her husband David Detar; her parents, Zora Stout and Waldo "Frosty" Stout; and her siblings, Ida Hammond (Simon), Bill Simon, George Stout and Jill Hughes (Stout).
She is survived by: her daughters, Alechia Hoeltke (Jonathan) of Prairie and Robin Detar of Kendallville, IN; and her stepchildren, Laura Prine (Gary) of Homosassa, FL and Jason Detar (Michelle) of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren ages 4 to 15; and many friends.
