He is survived by: his wife Karen; his child Babette Griffith Holt (Mike); his grandchildren, Max of Lake Winnebago, Missouri, Kiah and Jocelyn of Claremore, Oklahoma; his nephew Steve Locke (Louise); his great-nephew Graham of Lexington, Kentucky; and his sister Karyl Amstutz (Randy).
