He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell B. Hughes and Dolores Hughes (Hart); and his brother-in-law Wayne Becker. He is survived by: his close friend Jerilyn Freeman of Pleasant Lake; and his sisters, Judy Becker of Golden Lake and Barbara Kracher (Frank) of Granger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
