He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Chickedantz and Donna Chickedantz (England). He is survived by: his sons, Steve and Mike Chickedantz; his grandson Cole Chickedantz; his sister Lise Moore; and his girlfriend Evelyn Krieg.
