He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rapp and Lucille Condit Rapp; and his sister Linda Rapp Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jane Stamper Rapp; his children, Darcey Steel (John) and Devon Rapp; his stepsons, Kurt Finchum (Ellen) and Kent Finchum; his siblings, James Rapp and Angela Rapp; and his grandchildren, Jacob Steel (Stephanie), William Steel (Allie) and Hayden Rapp (Elizabeth).
