He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burkett and Zelpha Anastasia Burkett (Schwartz); and his siblings, Eunice (Laframboise) and Curt. He is survived by: his wife Carole Burkett (Kenney); his daughters, Toni Moore (Burkett) and Charlene Burkett; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Austin Moore (Toni) and Gabrielle Waltz (Charlene).
