She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Franklin, Sr. and Kathryn Shields Chandler; and her brother Robert F. Chandler, Jr. (Bob). She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Adams O'Hair of Cedar Rapids, IA, Tammy Adams Gilliam (Brad) of Plainfield, Christie Inglert Wynn (Ernie) of Mountain Home, TX and Jason Inglert (Tiffany) of Monrovia; her sister Evelyn Chandler Handley; her grandchildren, Cara, Ben, Ryan, Andy, Laurisa, Brianna, Maddie, Jason, Ethan, Trenton and Trinity; and her great grandchildren, Travis, Jackson, Gavin, Cooper, Paisley, Laylee, Gracelyn, Stratton, Brynlee, Elayna, Addison and Justin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made in Wanda's name to the Alzheimer's (Dementia) Association.
