He is survived by: his mother Cathy J. Hagen (Daum); his brother Tony Hagen (Stephanie); his nephew Connor James Hagen; and his grandparents, Frances J Daum and Ralph E Daum. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, and a host of loving friends.
