He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Boyd and Mary Brandenburg Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Boyd of Plainfield; and his children, Shawn Boyd of Plainfield and Joy Ray (Paul) of Monrovia. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
