He was predeceased by: his parents, Karol Underwood and Lois Underwood (Harrison); his former wife Mary Kay Underwood; his stepson John Esquerdo; and his son-in-law Matt Petrilli.
He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Some; his children, Cory Underwood and Krista Petrilli; his sister Tara Lynn Flint (Larry); and his granddaughter Jordan Ann Underwood-Kuhns.
