She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Withrow and Gustava Withrow (Hedrick); and her husband Ronald L. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. James B. Wines and Heath F. Wines; her siblings, Herbert Withrow (Beth) and Linda Milbee (Joe); her grandchildren, Hannah Salazar (Misa), Evan Wines and Parker Wines; and her great grandchildren, Alicia and Aiden Salazar.
