He was predeceased by: his father Gerald R. Moran; his grandmother Loma Harper; and his cousin Tony Moran. He is survived by: his mother Nona L. Moran; his grandparents, Joe, Sue Harper, Roger and Patty Moran; his uncles, Mark Harper (Debby) and Gary Moran; and his cousins, Gary Wayne Moran II and Jake Moran. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
