He was predeceased by: his parents, Meral Wines and Thelma Wines (Cone). He is survived by: his wife Shelby J. Wines (Withrow); his sons, Dr. James B. Wines and Heath F. Wines; his siblings, Roger, Randy Wines (Becky), Rita Muggy and Becky Smith; his grandchildren, Hannah Salazar (Misael), Parker Wines and Evan Wines; and his great grandchild Alicia Salazar.
