He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ward, Jr. and Beverly Parker Ward; his daughter Amanda Ward; and his siblings, Sandra Winkler, Kenneth E. and Frederick J. Ward.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ernest Ward III, Marsha Bryant and Jody Siddons; and his sons, Jason and Chris Ward.
