He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Wagner and Georgia Wagner (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Linda Wagner (Owens); and his children, Susan Jones (Daniel Jones), Kimberley Helton (Reynold Helton), Billy Wagner (Angela Wagner), Wendy Mathews, Melissa Keeling (Royce Keeling), John Wagner and Ryan Wagner. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 4 sisters and 3 brothers; along with many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Raymond Billie Wagner's name.
