She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Clark and Ethel Clark (Maners); her husband Raymond Andrews; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Hortense; her brother Eugene Clark; and her great grandchild Joshua Andrews Jr..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Crazy, Rummy and Chinese Checkers; her children, Venetia Faulkenberg Zinsmaster (Don), Kevin Andrews (Adrianna) and Christi Crimmins; her niece Jennifer Clark; her grandchildren, Lindsay Scott (Josh), Josh Andrews (Lindsey), Ross Faulkenberg, Chad Andrews (Emily), Cole Crimmins, Carson Crimmins, Jack Basson, Hayley Zinsmaster and Luke Zinsmaster (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, AJ, Miles, Gracelyn, Madelyn Andrews, Lincoln and Cole Zinsmaster. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers and to honor Rachel's giving spirit, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Kids' Voice of Indiana (kidsvoicein.org), a non-profit that advocates for children where her granddaughter Lindsay has worked for 10+ years.
