With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Jean Sawyers of Plainfield, Indiana, born in Kuttawa, Kentucky, who passed away on October 11, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Agnes (Rushing); and her siblings, Mark Gray and Kimbra Kuner. She is survived by: her husband John C. Sawyers of Plainfield; her children, Chris Sawyers (Cindy) of Franklin, Tracy Hartman of Noblesville and Brooke Snyder (Jeff) of Indianapolis; her brothers, Cliff, Thom (Suzanne), Kent (Janet) and Joe Gray (Patty); her brother-in-law David Kuner; and her sister Sue Ramsey. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
