He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mundy; his daughters, Kelly Allen (Mark) and Tracy Mundy; his sisters, Jane Byrd, Nancy Slade and Diane Simmons; and his grandchildren, Michelle Peltier (Josh), Michael Allen, Corey (Cassie), Aaron and Drew Vanhook. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
