She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Thomas and Eva Blanton Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Donald Pennington; her sons, Scott (Marla), Steve (Mary) and David Pennington (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Matt Pennington (Sara), Ashleigh Isaacs (Jeremy), Ryan Pennington (Haley), Andrew, Taylor, Bryce Pennington, Kyle and Korbin Dykins. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
