It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry D. Stanifer of Plainfield, Indiana, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry D. Stanifer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Stanifer and Eleanor Stanifer (Rasky); his brother Leon Stanifer; and his pet Harley. He is survived by: his wife LeaAnn Stanifer (Huff); his children, Tammy Whittington (Aaron) of Brazil, Butch Stanifer (Melissa) of Carmel, Chad Stanifer of Westfield, Kristi Stanifer of Plainfield and Danielle Short (Christopher) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandchildren, Eleanor Bedwell, Skyler Stanifer, Raigan Stanifer, Gage Stanifer, Jackson Short, Carter Short, Korbin Short and Robin Short; and his siblings, Linda Howard, Everett Stanifer (Sharon), Nancy Rinard, Bob Stanifer (Tracy), Debbie Jones (John) and Rick Stanifer (Robin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family has asked for donations to be made to Larry's Crew, which is part of the Alzheimer's Association, to honor Larry.
