It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristi Tankersley of Plainfield, Indiana, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 8, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James and Carol Lynne Myers Ward. She is survived by: her husband Tom Tankersley; her children, Amanda Sewell and Daniel Monroe; her stepson Michael Tankersley; her siblings, Kimberly A. Ward and Steven Ward; her nieces, Jeffie Bowen, Jami Knoedler, Allie Ward and Rebecca Ward; and her aunts, Susan Mobley and Terri Wrobleski.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hendricks County Humane Society.
