She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Boltinghouse and Frieda Boltinghouse (Sturgeon); and her sister Pam Benedict. She is survived by: her siblings, Connie Boltinghouse, Jill Ruiz (David), Michael Boltinghouse (Janet), Jim Boltinghouse (Thersea), Terry Sears (Kenny), Garth Boltinghouse (Trish), Cathy Scanlon (Larry) and Debbie Shuman; and her brother-in-law Roger Benedict.

In remembrance of Judy, donations can be made to the Indiana Audubon Society.
