She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Phelps; her son Joe Saulsbury; and her stepdaughter Wanda Craigwall. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Lois Roberts, Paul Singleton (Patricia) and Sherry Xander; her grandchildren, Tonya Heard, Derek Saulsbury (Tina) and Heather Williams; her great grandchildren, Cody, Kenzie Heard, Austin Saulsbury, Baylee Hamilton and Owen Saulsbury; and her daughter-in-law Glenda Saulsbury. She is also survived by 16 step-grandchildren; several step-great grandchildren.
