He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren DeHoney and Cora DeHoney (Throckmorton); his son Sean DeHoney; and his siblings, James DeHoney and Diane DeHoney.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn V. DeHoney (Sorter); his daughter Susan Doherty; and his grandchildren, Bridget and Rhiannon Doherty. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
