She is survived by: her children, Amy Lievens (Zack) of Coatesville and Allison Wendel of Fishers; her grandchildren, Christian Wendel, Cooper Lievens and Henry Lievens; her brother Jay Grubbs (Joni) of Carthage; her nieces and nephews, Derek Grubbs (Betsy) of McCordsville, Tiffany Wampler (Allen) of Milton, Michael Turner (Kylie) of Glenwood, Katie Smith (Josh) of Knightstown, Stacey Paille (Eric) of Fishers, Andrew Grubbs (Courtney) of Knightstown and Brandon Grubbs (Becca) of Wanamaker; and her uncles, Charles Grubbs (Becky) of Connersville and Leslie Grubbs (Opal) of Connersville.
