She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hasse and Caroline Piechota Hasse; and her husband Richard Hayes. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Hayes (Mary) of Camby, Mark Hayes (Kim) of Frisco, TX and Matthew Hayes (Eva) of New Palestine; and her brother David Hasse (Renee) of South Carolina. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
