He is survived by: his sons, Jack McCarty, Jr. (Diane), Mark McCarty and Brian McCarty; his stepson Jacob Farr; his siblings, Patricia Hicks (Jerry), Pricilla Pratt (David), Lillian Robinson (Paul) and David McCarty (Victoria); his stepbrother Wilbur McCarty (Judith Summers); his grandchildren, Camryn McCarty, Grace and Gabrielle McCarty; and his stepgrandchildren, Lauren Dunn and Andrew Dunn (McKenzie).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the G. H. Herrmann Funeral Homes - Greenwood (1605 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
