He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Cook of Plainfield, IN; his children, James Douglas Cook of Plainfield, IN, Barbara Weatherington (Andrew) of Huntington, IN and Carleen Nichols (Mark) of Plainfield, IN; his daughter-in-law Sandy Cook of Cloverdale, IN; his grandchildren, Dustin Litton (Heather), Joshua Litton (Lindsey), Ethan Cook, Trent Cook (Shiann), Steven Todd, Jason Todd, Jordan Cook and Jacob Cook; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Litton, Krissy Litton, Maddy Litton, Elise Cook and Jack Cook.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
